Situated in the restored, period school gymnasium of renowned The College Hotel, a 19th century school building, enjoy surroundings culturally vital to the city itself. Bordering Amsterdam’s Museum Quarter and chiq Oud-Zuid neighbourhood The College Hotel is a training school for the students of the Amsterdam Hotel Management School, albeit under the supervision of world-class professionals.
Balancing light and space, appreciate an open plan kitchen and dine at round tables seating up to 65 guests. The College Restaurant offers an inspiring and playful menu created from taste sensations the chef experienced in his childhood - ingredients such as cinnamon, anise, pepper, note, nutmeg and mace are thoughtfully infused in many dishes.
